Council for National Parks

The work of the Council for National Parks is supported by a number of societies known collectively as Friends of National Parks. Any member of the public with an interest in "Our National Parks" can join (currently about 4,000). Friends help in many ways, for example by contributing to appeals and writing letters to decision makers. They receive the newsletter "Viewpoint" (produced in-house) three times a year.
