This Association consists of representatives from the National Parks of
England and Wales plus the Norfolk Broads Authority and the New Forest
which are run on very similar lines. Its intention is to speak with one
voice to safeguard Our National Parks and to
enhance their special value to the nation into the next century and
beyond. Its role is to raise awareness of the role of National Parks and
promote their enjoyment in a manner which is sympathetic to the
preservation of their landscape, cultural heritage and the living and
working communities found within and close to their designated
boundaries.
